AS-IS but good vintage condition with some issues to note: first would be that someone replaced or re-did the waistband at some point and it is not a perfect match, next is the stains in the skirt (one being the biggest and most noticeable with some color bleed around it), then a bit of wear/spots on the hem as shown. I have washed and even tried to use color run removers to get the stains out with no luck. so it's clean and ready to wear but not perfect. price reflects - sold as found. washed and ready to wear
