➸ Our prices are in Canadian Currency. You can view pricing in a few different currencies but you will see the Canadian currency upon check out. If you are uncomfortable with this and want to pay in USD feel free to reach out and we can send you an invoice via PayPal in USD. 

Return Policy:

➸ ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL
➸ No Returns ➸ No Exchanges

➸ Exceptions - please message us if you do have a genuine issue with your order and we will work with you to solve the issue. We will do a return, partial refund, or exchange if there is something significantly wrong with your purchase that was not accurately described in the condition of the listing. 

➸ Trunk of Dresses does not do exchanges or returns based on fit issues so please choose wisely! We are more than happy to take additional measurements and answer any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing. ➸ Trunk of Dresses does not do refunds or exchanges for unclaimed items, or items returned due to non payment of customs fees.

➸ ORDER CANCELLATIONS: We request that you do not purchase and then cancel your order as it is very hard on a small business. If you absolutely must cancel your order, there is a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. We CAN NOT offer order cancellations for orders requesting to have the parcel arrive by a specific date. If you need an item by a specific date please send a direct message BEFORE purchasing and find out if it is possible. If you have not sent a message, there will be no cancellation. No exceptions.

Shipping Information:

➸ We ship with a company called ChitChats - www.chitchats.com who uses USPS for parcels to the USA and a few different companies for all other locations. For order over $800USD / about $1100CAD we ship with UPS directly.  

➸ You can look up your tracking number here: www.chitchats.com/tracking but we will also email you a direct link once your order is shipped.

➸ All orders come with a tracking number and insurance unless otherwise specified.

➸ We have ONE guaranteed ship day every week, which at this time is TUESDAYS, but we often add an extra day when needed throughout the week. If you need your order to arrive sooner please reach out BEFORE purchasing to see what is possible and we will do our best to accommodate. 

➸ Most orders going to the USA or Canada take 2-8 business days on average with the occasional delay.

➸ Most orders going to all other international locations will take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Usually it's within 2 weeks but there are the occasional delays. 

➸ We are not responsible for customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other import fees. We will not accept returns if you chose not to pay those fees.  

➸ We claim full value and do not ship as "gifts".
