OKAY so starting this listing off with I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH WAY THIS DRESS GOES! Every time I've decided it's one way I think it's the other! Pockets would make the most sense on the front but the neck seems awfully high. Anyways it's stunning regardless with cool asymmetrical buttons, a fitted waist, and a big full skirt with giant pockets. I believe it once had shoulder pads but no longer.
