Okay I'm going to start by saying that 1940s is my best GUESS for this piece. The buttons and fabric almost feel as if it could be made as late as the 1970s. It's true vintage but I can not guarantee exact age on this one. Regardless it has the 1930s 40s aesthetic and is incredible! It features brown velvet with orange plastic buttons up the front and a really well down owl appliqué mixed with embroidery on the front.
