Stunning orange rayon crepe blouse like piece from the early 1940s. This piece I believe was originally a dress that someone along the way (not me I promise) shortened into a mini dress or long blouse. I think it works well this way for tucking into high waisted pieces and staying in place better when worn as a blouse! This pieces does not have a closure so must fit within measurements or have a closure added.
