Drool worthy icy blue velvet dream dress from the 1930s. This one features elegant lines, a high neckline, uniquely draped sleeves that feature weighted inserts so they hang perfectly, and a big flower on the front. Snaps on the side for closure. The sleeves have a slight slit at the top with weights to drape it nicely. Added some photos to better describe it.

nearly excellent vintage condition with minor signs of wear - in some lighting I noticed a few faint spots that aren't noticeable overall as well as the flower doesn't sit perfectly. I had to temporarily pin it into place so may need some extra pins to have it sit nicely (yes I tried steaming it) - sold as found.
