Truly unusual RARE black velvet dress form the early 1960s! This dress features these unique cage like sleeves and shoulders details that I don't even know how to describe! I've modelled it in the photos as well to really show off how it looks on!!! metal zipper up the back. There's no label but I can totally see this being something that Frederick's of Hollywood would have made!
