Really beautiful silk chiffon sheer blouse from the tale end of the 1910s cusp into the early part of the 1920s. It features unique sleeves and floral embroidery. I think there used to be ribbon in the sleeves and collar as there is an opening where it appears a drawstring style ribbon would have sat. I'm not entirely sure what the belt thing is all about that hangs down. Maybe I'm doing it up wrong I'm not sure.
