Adorable black velvet cocktail dress from the 1960s. This dress features a boxy cropped top portion (it's all one piece) but it hangs over the lining like bodice, then it has a fitted waist with a bow, and a simple velvet skirt. The velvet portion is polka dots! Metal zipper up the back.
