STUNNING 1930s velvet gown. The color is a bit hard to capture or explain. Somewhere between purple and pink. I adore the devoré velvet neckline, a cool scarf like collar that can be tied like a bow, flutter sleeves, and a matching belt to bring in the waist. Snaps on side for closure.
