At this moment there is an elastic with a hook & eye in the inner waistband - you could also get a smaller elastic and make the waist smaller instead but as it stands these are the measurements

excellent vintage condition with minor signs of wear - sold as found. washed and ready to wear - only thing to note is it was missing it's drawstring so I added a red ribbon which is not perfect so you may find something better suited.
