Absolutely phenomenal sequin gown from the 1940s by Frank Starr! The entire top portion is full of sequins, flattering silhouette, and a long draped rayon crepe skirt. Metal zipper on the side. So amazing!

nearly excellent vintage condition with minor signs of wear - there where a few faded streaks I tried to fill in with fabric marker which helped but are still noticeable - sold as found.
