Seriously stunning and unique black party flapper dress from the 1920s. This dress features an under layer of solid black, overtop is mesh on the bodice until it meets a drop waist of velvet band and 3D flower detail with a rhinestone addition and THEN it leads to this incredible layered antique lace skirt that comes down longer on either side and shorter in the front. No photo does this piece justice!!! There is no closure so be aware of this.
