Really unique colourful striped wool dress from the 1930s. I believe this dress is cut on the bias or something as it sits a bit different and has some stretch to it due to the way it's cut. There is a small metal zip behind the neck but no side or back zipper but the way the waist opens when stretched is how it's meant to slip on. It has little puffed sleeves and a cute single pocket on the front.
