Super unusual and incredible black novelty dress from the late 1930s. I will for sure regret selling this bad girl! This dress features a sheer blouse section with black hearts and other designs throughout, a fitted waistline, and a solid black skirt. This would look so fabulous with a bright bustier or camisole underneath to really make the fabric pop!
