Amazing 1940s novelty print dress. Originally this dress came with a matching jacket who's facing was in the same print!!! It features ponies & birds & trees. They called it "a stroll in Central Park" print. * just to mention I pinned the collar thing to stay in place for the photos but may sit differently depending how you steam it or if you pin it or not.

Label: the label has worn away but the ads say "Crane Abrams" & "the Ernst Keen co".

Measurements:
{ medium }
Bust: 37"
Waist: 28" - maybe 29" snug
Hips: open
Length: 43"
Sleeve Length: 11"

Condition:
good vintage condition with some issues to note: as shown there is some black marks in a few places that might be color transfer. otherwise there is some weird glue like spots and tears that have had to be repaired as shown hidden behind the neck detail. to explain it better I think someone used some kind of glue on it for who knows; it has made the fabric brittle and torn in places. luckily it’s all directly under that front panel and does not show. I’ve gone through and added a strong cotton panel on the backside. I stitched the perimeter into the strong fabric and then went through the week and torn areas with zigzag stitches to help enforce it as much as possible. feels strong and wearable now. again it also does not show when worn luckily ! so when worn you do not see this. minor signs of wear - sold as found.
