Really gorgeous blue rose print bubble hem dress from the late 1950s / early 1960s. I think for it to poof properly it needs to be steamed a bit differently. The inside layer that holds the bubble at the bottom is actually narrow so you can't fit a crinoline underneath. There is a replaced zipper down the back.
