Really unique and stunning black velvet & devoré velvet blouse from the early 1930s. It has snaps up the front. It could likely use one more snap to not open up at all when on.

good vintage condition with a few issues to note: if you look closely right at the underarms the velvet part has worn away (and I don't think this is intentional) but still strong and not discolored. there are also a few small holes in that front panel. minor signs of wear - sold as found.
