Okay; I'll start by saying that I think this was originally more of a tunic top that would have had pants or hot pants to match once upon a time since the slits on the sides are high but you could definitely wear this as a mini dress with some shorts underneath or sew up the sides. ANYWAYS; it's fantastic! Fully sequinned! There are snaps up the front where the false buttons are to open it up to get on and off and has some stretch.
