STUNNING black velvet dress from the 1930s. I wish velvet wasn't so hard to photograph because I promise you this dress is incredible! Let me try to describe it: the top features a wrap over front that's pretty low cut, gorgeous unique sleeves, a fitted waistline, a metal zipper on the side, a very uniquely draped asymmetrical peplum over a simple skirt. There's also an attached belt that kind of drapes currently - unsure if it's supposed to sit tighter?
