Okay, admittedly a bit of a strange piece we've got here: I'm not entirely sure if it's intended use was as a skirt or as a dress but it comes with a belt so I'm going to go with a dress but could be also worn as a skirt! The fabric itself seems to be earlier - likely 1940s but the dress itself was made in around the 1970s with a little homemade tag inside and everything!
